Rebman Professional Services

Rebman Professional Services provides professional career solutions, resume-related services, local business marketing, and related business support services.
Specific services, deliverables, prices, and timelines are described in the applicable service package, order, or written agreement.
Payment terms are provided at the time of purchase or in the applicable service agreement.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider.
Customers agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.
Customers agree to provide accurate, complete, and authorized information needed to perform requested services.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving information, documents, and proposed changes when approval is required.
We do not knowingly fabricate employment history, qualifications, accomplishments, or other professional information.
Services are delivered according to the scope and timeline agreed upon at purchase.
Delivery timelines may depend on the customer’s timely submission of required information, feedback, and approvals.
Customer Approval and Project Deadlines
Once proposed work is delivered for review, customers have 30 calendar days to provide written approval or request their included revision.
Local Reach & Retain may send reminders, but reminders are not guaranteed.
No changes will be made to customer accounts without written authorization.
If approval is not received within 30 calendar days, the project will be closed. Prepared materials will remain available to the customer, but unapproved changes will not be implemented.
Once final written approval and all necessary access and materials are received, approved updates will be completed within 3 business days.
Refunds remain subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policy and governing law.
Career Project Packages
Customers may cancel a purchased career project package for a full refund before work begins on the first project.
Once work begins on the first project, the entire package purchase becomes nonrefundable, including any remaining unused projects, except as required by applicable law.
Customers remain entitled to receive the services included in their purchased package, subject to the agreed service terms.
If Rebman Professional Services is unable to provide purchased services, an appropriate refund will be issued for services not delivered.
Local Business Marketing Services
Local business marketing services are billed monthly in advance, beginning on the customer’s enrollment date.
The monthly service fee will be the amount disclosed and agreed upon by the customer before enrollment.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated in advance, with customer consent obtained when required by applicable law.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing support@rebmanps.com or using an available subscription cancellation option.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Customers will not be charged for subsequent billing periods when cancellation is received before the next renewal is processed.
If a customer cancels before initial service work begins, the initial payment will be refunded in full.
Once work begins for a paid billing period, that period’s payment is nonrefundable, and no prorated refund is provided for early cancellation, except as required by applicable law.
Services will continue through the end of the paid billing period, provided the customer supplies any required information, access, and approvals.
If Rebman Professional Services is unable to deliver contracted services, an appropriate refund will be provided for the undelivered services.
Subscription pricing, automatic renewal, cancellation procedures, and refund terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
LocalReachRetain — Facebook Posting Service
LocalReachRetain is a local business marketing service provided through Rebman Professional Services.
The monthly subscription is $197 and includes 10 customized Facebook posts with researched captions, matching images, and scheduling to the customer's Facebook Business Page.
Customers must provide accurate business information and appropriate Page access. Results such as increased followers, engagement, leads, or sales are not guaranteed.
The billing, cancellation, and refund provisions under Local Business Marketing Services above apply to this subscription.
Cancellation Requests
Customers may submit cancellation requests to support@rebmanps.com.
Cancellation of a monthly subscription stops future automatic recurring charges. Cancellation does not result in a prorated refund for the current paid billing period, except as required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
We aim to provide professional, high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee employment, interviews, hiring decisions, business revenue, customer acquisition, search rankings, or particular marketing results.
Customers retain ownership of their original information and materials.
Rights to completed deliverables are determined by the applicable purchase or service agreement.
Rebman Professional Services retains ownership of its proprietary processes, systems, templates, and other materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Certain services may involve third-party platforms, including payment processors, email marketing systems, and business listing services.
We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or decisions made independently by those providers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rebman Professional Services is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of its services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
Changes will not retroactively override an existing signed agreement unless permitted by that agreement and applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of North Carolina, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other applicable legal requirements.
